Transport and delivery

When you make a purchase from our site, you agree and acknowledge that you provide a valid email and shipping address for the order. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment method. Please follow this procedure to return your items by mail:
Pack your goods and affix the return labels, after that go to the nearest post office and pay the necessary postage costs.

Baptiste Bachelart or one of its employees will be held responsible for any problem arising from this site. Nevertheless, Baptiste Bachelart and its employees will not be held responsible for any problem resulting from any irregular use of this site.
